For over twenty years, Troy Elmore has been the voice you hear at the auction and the handshake that closes the deal. As a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker in both Alabama and Tennessee, Troy built this company on a simple idea: treat every client like a neighbor, because they are.
Troy founded the company in 2002, and it was officially renamed Troy Elmore Realty and Auction in 2013. What started as a one-man operation in Athens, Alabama has grown into a full-service team of eleven agents spanning two states — but the values haven't changed.
In 2015, Troy expanded into the Muscle Shoals and Tri-Cities area to meet the growing needs of North Alabama families looking to buy, sell, or auction property. Whether it's a family home, a working farm, or a commercial investment, Troy and his team bring the same energy and personal attention to every transaction.
